Morning my beautiful! We have all started exercising to try and get a bit healthier! Dad is doing really well but as you know when he is determined to do something, he makes sure he does it. Shreena and I are trying but we are so unfit, we have long way to go. I hope you are looking after yourself too. you know I will always be there holding you hand, no matter what.
