Hey good looking - Great news Great news - Shreena has passed her exams and now she is a real Doctor. She really really really misses you as she wanted to celebrate with you being here. I have already told shreena that you are with her all the time and you are really really happy for her achievements. I gave her a big cuddle from you as she was crying as she wanted you here with her. We are all very proud of her hard work and devotion to becoming a Doctor.
