Morning, Reema.
Rishika and I cooked our first meal together in the house. We made a fish curry using a Gousto recipe (but we got the ingredients ourselves from Tesco).
You would have really liked the curry as it tasted good (I did find it a bit hot). You would have also have liked coming to Tesco with us too, as we used “the gun”. We had music on as we made it too so you would have really enjoyed helping us.
We will be making burgers tonight and then vegetarian spaghetti bolognese (spag bol) on Thursday night, so lots of cooking.
When Rishika and I were shopping and she was trying to remember all the ingredients for the spag bol, I told her that the one person who would know ALL of them would be you! As you watch so many cooking programmes.
It has turn colder here that even I am wearing my winter coat more. I can see you wearing your coat, hat and gloves and looking all cosy and warm.
