Morning my beautiful baby. It is Anya's 13th Birthday today - she is now a teenager! I have sent her yours and my birthday wishes together. Be ready at 8pm - we are going to do a surprise birthday family zoom for her. I am making one of your favourite spinach sak and mung dal today - hope you will enjoy it. we have got some aquafaba in the fridge so, this weekend, I am hoping that together we can make the vegan chocolate mousse we have made before - Hopefully Nani will enjoy it too.
