I know that I’ve not spoken to you in a while and I hope you’ve been okay and happy where you are.
As you know during the bank holiday weekend, Rishika and I went down to see Dad and Mum (I drove). We went to Pomodoro’s on the Saturday evening, and I know you were there with us, ordering the calamari for starters. The next day we then went for afternoon tea at The Grand in eastbourne, I could feel you really enjoying yourself there with us too.
Rishika and I used the birthday present that you got us for the first time on Thursday night. We made mushroom risotto and I thought of you the whole time. It turned out really nice, you would have really liked it. In fact, we had so much using it and cooking with you that we used it again on Friday night and made salmon burgers, which again, were really yummy. It is perfect for our kitchen as there is not too much space.
