Another thermomix update for you. Yesterday Rishika and I made Salmon and Leek Parcels with New Potatoes (from Dad and Mum’s mini allotment), it was really nice, even if Rishika did accidentally put too much salt in the leeks.
As I am writing this, we are currently using it again to make Sweet Potsto and Spinach Curry with Cauliflower Rice.
