How are you?
So first of the usual thermomix update. Rishika and I made Orzo with salmon and spinach the other night. It was a new one that we tried and quite nice. On friday we went to the in laws to celebrate Sunny’s birthday, and guess where he got his cake from …. Cake Box! When I found out I did think of you as you would mention it every single time that we passed one, and like I have always said, you are very good when it comes to food, and so I can totally see why you liked Cake Box as the cake was very very nice and you would have really liked it.
This weekend Dad, Mum and Shreena have come up to Milton Keynes to spend time with me and Rishika. We went to Costco so that Dad and Mum could sort out their membership, and then we went to The Navigation Inn for lunch. The food was really good and they even had sticky toffee pudding on the menu too, so you would have definitely enjoyed that.
We then went tenpin bowling. You would have definitely enjoyed it and shown us all how to play, as we all struggled to get strikes (even Dad only managed one!). You would have beaten Shreena as she tried to do it without the barriers up, Rishika and I had them up as we found it too difficult without. We then cooked for them, we made them vegetarian butter chicken and panner with Spinach. We then macarons for dessert.
Today Rishika and I will be joining you all for breakfast at the hotel and then we are going out for lunch all together with Rishika’s family to Thai Modern.
