How are you?
Sorry I’ve not spoken to you in awhile, I’ve been rather busy.
Rishika and I continue to use the thermomix a lot. The other day Rishika made spaghetti carbonara using it (with vegetarian bacon) and we also made a prawn and chorizo (vegetarian again) and tofu paella too.
Rishika and I also got our Christmas tree and decorations this week. So I was thinking about you a lot.
And whilst we could not find a pink star to put on top of the tree, we did find a pink bauble that we will put up for you so that you are with us. The bauble even had a pink star already attached to it, so well done for picking that out for us. You would have really enjoyed coming shopping with us to help us choose our tree and decorations.
On Friday night, Rishika and I went to Ashish mama‘s house. We went out for dinner with them which was really nice, and then on Saturday we headed back in Shreena’s old car, as it is now my “new” car.
It’s now 10 days until our birthday so I am very excited for us to open our cards and presents together (and as always, you will get many many more presents than me!). On our birthday I have asked Dad, Mum, Shreena and Rishika that we go to one of your favourite places and do one of your favourite things, but that will be a surprise for you and you will like it a lot.
It is less than a week until we are all at home together for several weeks, so I am looking forward to seeing you and spending some quality time with you.
