How are you?
Sorry I’ve not spoken to you in a while. I’ve been very busy, but I hope that you are keeping safe and warm.
Firstly, a thermomix update for you. The other day Rishika and I made Black Bean Quesadilla with Gucamole which was really nice and a nice change. Yesterday I also made some Curried Parsnip Soup which Rishika really liked, and I am sure you would have too.
I made it as it is the flavours of Christmas, and it is a week until xmas day, so I know you are getting very excited as you do.
As I am on holidays from work now for the rest of the year, Dad and Mum are driving all the way to Milton Keynes to come and pick me up so that I can come home and spend a whole week with you and them as Rishika is still working.
